Mr. Upendra Pratap Singh, learned Assisting Counsel to Standing Counsel No.25 submits that as the petitioners have questioned the validity of the voter-list prepared for the election of the Senuariya Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Manjhauliya in the district of East Champaran held in 2014, by passage of time and since the election has already been held, the issue raised has been rendered infructuous.
