The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 26.8.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur, in Maintenance Case No. 67 of 2013.

Considering that the impugned order is merely one of adinterim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding
