Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

No.53120 of 2021(2) dt.12-05-2022 2/3 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 151, 152, 153A, 188, 353, 275a, 298, 427, 436, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of the Bihar Control of the use and play of loud speaker Act.

Allegedly, 47 FIR named and 500 unknown persons on four pick-up van assembled loudspeaker, arranged julus to Immerse the Idol. The administration warned them not to deviate the way but some of the persons, after disobeying the order of administration, went towards the mosque. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Case No. 231 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
