JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Two issues remain according to the petitioner one is payment of GPF for the period 1988 to 1991 as well as grant of benefit arising out of the ACP which has been authorized in favour of the petitioner.

Since other retiral dues have already been settled, the writ is disposed of with a direction upon the Executive Engineer of Tube-well Division, Minor Water Resources, Barh that he will direct that the necessary details of GPF deduction for the period

Patna High Court CWJC No.15985 of 2014 (3) dt.20-08-2016 1988 to 1991 is verified and authorized for payment within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

The Assistant Engineer, Tube-well Sub-division, Mokama is further directed to ensure that the benefit of ACP granted to the petitioner and not paid is also authorized within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.

The writ application is disposed of with the above direction.
