2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 2.60 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the Scooty of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only because he is the owner of the vehicle in question. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. At the relevant time, the vehicle of the petitioner was taken by his neighbour and without knowledge and consent of this petitioner, the vehicle was being

5. Considering the quantity as well as the clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act-I, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
