The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 338, 504, 333, 353, 506 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the informant being Government Servant went to check post near karmnasa and found one truck parked on the road causing obstruction of the movement of vehicular traffic. On enquiry being made the drivers of other truck and the villagers assembled and started abusing and pelting stones causing injury to security personnel. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53692 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 omnibus and general in nature and co-accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 48015/2015, 49088/2015 and 49622/2015. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents and a statement to this effect has been made in paragraph three of bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 320/2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
