The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 329 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59907 of 2018(3) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 329 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
