The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is a shopkeeper of Common Service Centre situated at Baluchak, allegedly who had charged Rs.100/- each from two ladies for the purpose of preparing cast, residence and Income certificate, for their son and daughter. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that applications were filed and uploaded from e-general online shop and therefore the Circle Officer in his enquiry had committed a mistake by making a presumption that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43290 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 it might have been submitted by the petitioner from his Common Service Centre and further no witness has stated that it was the petitioner who had uploaded the form of the children of these two ladies.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
