2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased. She is alleged to have killed her husband.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased has committed suicide and it is not a case of murder. The marriage is 15 years old and there is no reason as to why the petitioner being the wife of the deceased will kill him. There is no evidence against the petitioner that she has killed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, District- Patna/concerned Court in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025.
