The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in short, is that on producing fake documents, the accused persons made forged signatures of the previous members of the society.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Due to mistake of fact, the present prosecution has

When the document was sent to the Registrar, of the Society for its approval, on the said date, all the members were alive. During the pendency of the said application before the Registrar of the Society, two of those members died. The signatures doubted to be forged by the Registrar is incorrect. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R./complaint case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S.
