The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.64 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 337, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioners of causing lathi blow on the head of the informant, which is corroborated by the injury report, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
