2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , co-accused Dinesh Mahto assaulted informant by means of bamboo due to which she sustained multiple injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Dinesh Mahto (husband of this petitioner). So far as this petitioner is concerned there is general and omnibus allegation against her. F.I.R., has been lodged after the inordinate delay of 13 days for which there is no explanation . Petitioner is lady and claims

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of accusation , delay in lodging the F.I.R., and clean antecedent and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. case No. 50 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
