JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Maharajganj PS Case No. 150 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 324 and 307 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that while the informant was reporting in a fair one Dara Singh stabbed him. However, later on it was disclosed that this petitioner had snatched gold chain of the informant but there is no such allegation in the FIR. Two other coaccused have been admitted to bail by this Court and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Asraf Mian @ Laila Mian is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Siwan in connection with Maharajganj PS Case No. 150 of 2017.
