21.12.2016 This is an application for modification of the order dated 03.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 830 of 2016 regarding extension of time for surrender of the Petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application stands allowed and the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended by further four weeks. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted in any circumstance.

Let this order be communicated to the concerned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 80 of 2013.
