The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2017 in connection with Barahra (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No.72 of 2004, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.338 of 2017, a case under Sections 147/148/149/447/323/504/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

For land dispute allegation against co-accused Sukul Paswan is that he caused fire-arm injury to the father of the informant.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing though no injury was caused to anyone.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58171 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barahra (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No.72 of 2004, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.338 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
