2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.03.2026 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 85427 of 2025 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, further eight weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. The petitioner is also directed to comply the earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46044 of 2026(2) dt.10-07-2026 2/2 direction of this Court and pay Rs. 1,75,000/- to the opposite party no. 2 through Bank Draft/RTGS, as full & final settlement amount.

5. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 85427 of 2025 is modified to the above extent.

6. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
