JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Looking at the nature of allegation coupled with the fact that there is no antecedent, which is the assertion of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, District East Champaran in connection with Kundwa Chainpur PS Case No.53 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) CrPC. One of the surety will be executed by a close blood relation and other by an elected representative or a government servant belonging to the area which the petitioner hails. The court below will re-verify whether the petitioner has any criminal antecedent or not.
