The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 12.07.2022, whereby in the cause title address of petitioners is wrongly typed as "Resident of Village- Vikram Bigha, Police Station- Belaganj, DistrictGaya" instead of " Resident of Village-Bana, Post and Police Station- Khizersarai, District-Gaya".

Accordingly, the order dated 12.07.2022 is modified to the extent that address of petitioners shall be read as "Resident of Village-Bana, Post and Police Station- Khizersarai, District-Gaya" in place of "Resident of Village- Vikram Bigha,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47642 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 Police Station- Belaganj, District-Gaya" in cause title of the order.

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 12.07.2022 is modified to the above extent and the petitioner shall surrender before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
