ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 11.7.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Cr. Misc. Case No. 22 of 2009 arising out of Maintenance Case No. 39 of 2008 has directed the office to send a letter to the Circle Officer, Runni Saidpur, for recovery of the amount of Rs.28,000/- and stop payment of maintenance, since the Petitioner had already completed her education and education cost was not required as also she was not directed to return Rs.28,000/- which had been deposited in her favour. I am unable to understand the impugned order and, hence, the application is allowed and the order dated 11.7.2013 passed

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1010 of 2013 dt.25-01-2016 2/2 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Cr. Misc. Case No. 22 of 2009 arising out of Maintenance Case No. 39 of 2008 is hereby set aside.

The Circle Officer, Runni Saidpur, is directed to deduct Rs.2,000/- per month from the salary of the Opposite Party No. 2 and deposit the same in the account of the Petitioner being numbered as 311649664 of Central Bank of India, for her upkeep till her marriage. The application is allowed on the aforesaid terms. Let the Petitioner produce the certified copy of this order before the Circle Officer, Runni Saidpur, for needful compliance.
