Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C-1/1103 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 494, 498(A), 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.. As per the complaint petition, it is alleged that the husband of the complainant has married with the petitioner and residing at Delhi.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even as per the FIR, there is no allegation of demand of dowry or torture to the complainant. She is ready to abide by
