The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul P.S.Case No.32 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 366A and ancillary Sections of the IPC.

It is alleged that this petitioner who happens to be neighbour of the informant used to tease her daughter and on the date of occurrence, he attempted to forcibly kidnap her with the help of other co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are neighbours and on account of previous enmity, the present case has been lodged. The petitioner has clean antecedent except a case which was lodged by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57325 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 present informant. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Raxaul at East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S.Case No.32 of 2017.
