2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2294-C of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the dispute in question is essentially of civil nature.

4. Considering however that the petitioner himself has sold the land in question to the complainant as well as to one Manroop Rishideo subsequently through separate registered sale deed, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50706 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
