JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Harsidhi PS Case No. 283 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are agnates and there is case and counter case from both sides. The injury on the head is skin deep. Both sides have also filed compromise in both cases.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Motilal Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi PS Case No. 283 of 2017.
