The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 370 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of commission of rape by this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner solemnized marriage with the victim.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that there is direct allegation of rape against the petitioner and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42840 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 forcefully committing sexual offence with the victim many times.

After considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
