It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 09.01.2014 and the matter was sent to Mediation Centre.

As per report of the Mediation Centre, learned counsel for the petitioner along with petitioner was present but the Opposite Party No.2 never appeared in the mediation proceeding. Today also, on call counsel for the petitioner is present but none appears on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that he has never misused the privilege of provisional anticipatory bail granted to him by order dated 09.01.2014. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37733 of 2013 (5) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 with Laheri P.S. Case No.112 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
