The Chairman of the Madarsa Board has no power to take decision with regard to approval of Managing Committee but it is the 'Board' which has the requisite authority and powers to decide such issue. Annexure-3 dated 28.01.2014 is quashed. Let the matter be considered afresh.
Counsel for Madarsa Board informs the Court that a fresh enquiry is being considered. Let the necessary exercise be done in accordance with law afresh.
