2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 1153 of 2023 for the offence under Section 498A of the I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute between both the parties. In which there is allegation on the petitioner of abusing and assaulting the complainant for demand of dowry.

4. Earlier vide order dated 28.02.2025, petitioner - Indal Paswan was directed to keep his wife with full honour and dignity in his house and matter was adjourned to examine the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47686 of 2024(7) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 behaviour of the petitioner towards his wife/complainant.

5. Today, both the parties have jointly submitted that the matter has now been settled amicably between them and complainant - Rekha Devi is residing at her matrimonial house with the petitioner and they are living their life happily.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, and considering the fact that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Samastipur, in connection with C.R. No. 1153 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

8. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of.
