2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 20/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 38 kg ganja from a tempo.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. He further submits that the petitioner was merely a passenger in the tempo from which the ganja was recovered. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43794 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 since 22.02.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
