JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 31.05.2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Guthani P.S.Case No. 118 of 2014 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner of the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
