The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand by in-laws of the deceased family. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is the villager of the husband of the decease and he has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Ranjit Kumar who is in judicial custody as stated in para-9 of the petition. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
