This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No.19 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 140(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is the brother of one Rajesh Kumar Yadav, who is said to have kidnapped the husband of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2025 having clean antecedent.

From the F.I.R, it appears that the petitioner is not involved in the crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43894 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga / concerned Court below, in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No.19 of 2025.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Sadar Police Station, Darbhanga on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
