The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 399 of 2017, arising out of P.R. Case No. 46 of 2017-18 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Three litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
