2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against petitioner is that he assaulted with Farsa on the head of informant.
4. It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties a simple occurrence of marpit took place. The doctor has found the injury attributed to this petitioner simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

No.43857 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S.
