JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-01-2016 Since the State has failed to file further supplementary counter affidavit indicating the reason for non-payment of benefit of ACP, which was sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and accepted in para 25 of the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of respondent No.2, writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Superintending Engineer, Rural Engineering Organization, Work Circle, Muzaffarpur, to look into the issue of non-payment, verify the authenticity of non-receipt of payment by the petitioner and ensure payment, if it is not paid, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
