2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 342, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, the injury caused by the assault attributed to the petitioner is simple in nature.

4. Considering, however that the informant has sustained injury being vital part of the body, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
