Case No.107 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 279, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. He is in custody since 03.07.2017.

The petitioner was driving a vehicle which met with an accident and after the accident it is alleged that the petitioner was throwing bottles from the Car and 105 bottles of foregin liquor were seized from the vehicle and the petitioner tried to run away.

Keeping in view the nature of the allegation and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2017 and there is no possibility of the trial being concluded in near future, this
