This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Punaura P.S. Case No. 117 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8C, 20(b)(ii)(c), 27(a), 29 and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

There is huge recovery of ganja from possession of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42828 of 2022(3) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
