The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he made physical relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage and subsequently after having physical relation with her denied marriage with the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and there is previous enmity between the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 07.08.2017.

VIth, Katihar in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017.
