The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 183/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier the prayer for bail for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order at Annexure-1, with observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge after completion of three months in custody.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed and the petitioner has already remained in custody for five months. Now, he has moved for bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47087 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 and ready to abide by any conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th ADJ, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 183/2017, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 777/2017, subject to conditions that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner and another having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court below with further condition that he will make himself available before the court below in first week of each months till conclusion of trial, otherwise his bail bond will be cancelled.
