This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, the petitioner, who is in custody in Medni Chowki P.S. Case No.17 of 2018, corresponding to Sessions Trial No.124 of 2018, had filed a petition vide Cr.Misc.No.48518 of 2018, however on 18.08.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the same and, as such, the petition stood dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that though it is evident that number of witnesses have been examined, but most of the witnesses have not supported

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40009 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 the prosecution case. It appears that learned counsel for the petitioner wants to persuade the Court to examine the evidence, which is required to be examined by the trial court.
