JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners submit that the parties are agnate, the matter has been compromised between the parties and there is a case and counter case.

In the facts of the case, in case of surrender within six weeks, let all the five petitioners as named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Subir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nawada in Sirdala Police station Case No. 150 of 2015.
