1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 18.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.78814 of 2024, the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is submitted that charges against the petitioner has been framed on 05.05.2025. It is next submitted that though order framing charge has not been annexed with the bail application, but then, from perusal of the order impugned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43770 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 dated 14.05.2025 in B.P. No.50 of 2025, it would manifest that the same also records that the charges against the petitioner was framed on 05.05.2025.

Since charges against the petitioner has been framed, as such, the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P. S. Case No.51 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely, Shankar Sahni.
5. The application stands allowed.
6. However, in the event, if the learned trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial Court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
