Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are in custody in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 03 of 1993 arising out of S.T.R. No. 232 of 1993 for the offence under sections 363, 366, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Earlier petitioners were granted bail on merit. Their bail bonds subsequently were cancelled on account of lack of pairvi.

Considering the fact that petitioners were earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48990 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 granted bail on merit, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned F.T.C.-2nd, Motihari, in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.03 of 1993 arising out of S.T.R. No. 232/1993 subject to the condition that petitioners shall extend full cooperation in early conclusion of trial. In the event, petitioners fail to attend court proceeding on two consecutive dates without any cogent reason, the Fast Track Court-II, Motihari shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
