The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 20095 of 2017 and order dated 11.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 10129 of 2018.

The allegations against the petitioner is of having shot at the brother of the informant causing injury in the head. A report was called for from the learned trial court. As per the report received contained in letter dated 21.3.2022 the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53174 of 2021(3) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 case is fixed for evidence of the defence.

Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the direct allegations against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of closing of the evidence on behalf of the defence.
