"6. In view of the submissions advanced and materials placed on record, respondent Nos.

4 to 8 are hereby directed to forthwith initiate necessary steps for the return of the petitioner's original documents of the UG Course. The same shall be ensured within a period of 48 hours from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order."

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 4 to 8 submits that the said order has already been duly complied with and petitioner's original documents relating to the UG Course have already been returned.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes the aforesaid factual position and does not dispute the compliance as reported by respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since the petitioner has already received the documents in question, the grievance raised in the present writ petition no longer survives and therefore the petitioner does not wish to
