The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that as a result of assault by her father ie the petitioner herein, the informant's mother was seriously injured and she died.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased. There was minor scuffle between the parties. No occurrence as alleged in the FIR ever took place. The informant has been declared hostile in the trial. The petitioner is in custody since 14.5.2019 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present and the application is rejected.
