2. Mr. Aditya Shankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.10033 of 2023(5) dt.28-03-2025 2/3 15.11.2022, the petitioner filed a representation before the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board and the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board vide its order dated 05.03.2023 has inter alia held that the petitioner has not produced any document so he has not decided the matter.

3. Ms. Surya Nilambari, learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, submitted at the Bar that the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board is the competent authority to deal with such type of matter.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the materials available on record, I deem it fit, proper and in the interest of justice, to the relegate the case of the petitioner before the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board, who is the competent authority to deal with such type of cases.

5. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board along with all supporting documents in support of his grievance within a period of two weeks and the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board would pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month from the date of its receipt.

6. It is made clear that the Director (Academic), Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.10033 of 2023(5) dt.28-03-2025 3/3 School Examination Board shall be solely responsible for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

7. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
