The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner being unmarried tried to take benefit of Indira Awas Yojna on fake joint photograph. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner being unmarried tried to take benefit of Indira Awas Yojna. As per F.I.R., it is a case, where an attempt was made by the petitioner for getting the benefit of such a scheme run by the Government for social welfare of the weaker section. The petitioner has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. case No.93 of 2008.
