Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 registered under Sections420, 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the first information report itself it is evident that the money which was allegedly shown to have been withdrawn was already deposited in the Bank. There is nothing to show that petitioner was benefited in any manner due to the aforesaid withdrawals. No documents were submitted by the account holders or their relatives informing about death.
