In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.300 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioners is to have tortured the informant due to nonfulfillment of demanded dowry, however, counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42448 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, motherin-law, Bhaisur and married Nanad of the informant and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.300 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
